The Pour House Mobile Bar Co currently offers mobile bars serving South Georgia and North Florida and the surrounding areas.
MINNIE is our 1967 Holi horse bar and also an awesome bar on wheels.
We also have PEARL, our classy lady in white...a 1950 Chevrolet truck. PEARL came to us from SC, where she has spent the last several years making weddings spectacular with her classy self!!
How much does The Pour House Mobile Bar Co. cost to hire?
Our number one question, and of course an important decision in planning your event. Each and EVERY event is different. We have a minimum rate of $1,500 for all events.
We offer our bartendering services without the mobile bars as well, and have several pop-up bars should you need something smaller. Contact us for more info.

What does The Pour House Mobile Bar provide?

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we carry general and liquor liability insurance. If you have any questions on your venue’s restrictions, we would love to reach out to them. We are a Limited Liability Company, and our staff carries Food and Alcohol Certification, ServSafe Management and/or TIPS certification.
What areas does TPHMB service?
Our home base is in Valdosta, Georgia and we mostly serve all of south Georgia and north Florida, but we are always up for a road trip.
Where can TPHMB party?
The horse-box bar is 8 ft long (11 ft with the hitch) x 6.7ft tall x 7ft wide. Our truck is 24 feet long. The space must be easily accessible and also we must park on flat ground. We prefer venues with an electric source though we can provide a generator if needed. If permits are required for your venue location in addition to permits we already carry, there may be an additional charge, but we will help you every step of the way.
Do you customize packages?
Each proposal is tailored to the events needs, we can customize any of our packages! We offer several add -ons including: Yard games, lounge area, charcuterie table, balloon garland, ice water and tea/soda service, coffee station, infused water stations.

What drinks do you serve?
Hand-crafted cocktails, wine and beer.
A part of our service that makes us stand out, is we love to create delicious craft cocktails. We make all our juices, syrups, shrubs and garnishes in house. When it comes to ingredients, we deliver. Always fresh and locally sourced. We love the local markets, and shopping for fresh and seasonal ingredients.
Our liquors used in our cocktails are wine-based tequila, vodka, gin, etc. The taste is the same as hard liquor, just less alcohol. Several of our venues have strict guidelines where hard liquor is involved, and this enables MANY of those restrictions to be removed. Ask us for more information.
What constitutes a mixed drink vs, a crafted cocktail? Mixed drinks are typically 2-3 ingredients. It is a liquor based drink with a mixer. A crafted cocktail is usually a mixture of many ingredients including liquor, mixers, herbs, syrups, garnishes etc. It is made by hand or batched and requires careful preparation. Our cocktails use the FRESHEST ingredients possible and we avoid artificial ANYTHING like the plague!!!
How soon should we book a bartender?
As soon as possible! Our calendar has been quickly filling, however be sure to check with us we may have an approaching date available.
A 50% non - refundable retainer and signed contract must be in place to secure a date. This deposit will go towards your final payment. Unfortunately, since we block out your date specifically from further inquiries, we do not offer a deposit refund on cancellations.
All proposals will have a 14 day booking deadline. We can only secure your date once contract is signed and the retainer is paid in full.
Do you service without the trailers?
Sometimes our trailers are not the right fit but our service is! We service events without our mobile bars! We will not, however, rent the mobile bar without at least ONE of our servers.
We have two portable bars rentals to service larger events, indoor, or multiple bar events.

Where are you located?
The Pour House Mobile Bar is based in Valdosta, Georgia. The great thing is we are mobile and travel all around the South Georgia area, surrounding counties, and Northern Florida. Our first 20 miles are free of charge, and we charge a $1 roundtrip mile for anything greater than 20 miles from 31602.

Can I taste the cocktails before my event?
If you have a reserved date with The Pour House for a wedding or event, we offer an in- person consultation at our brick and mortar in Valdosta, Georgia.
This will include a drink tasting with selected signature cocktails, to ensure we meet your expectations prior to your event. We also host an OPEN HOUSE occasionally so that you can come see and taste all we have to offer. We truly ARE so much more than just your average bar service!!!
Do you need electricity?
A plug in would be ideal, we always bring extension cords but we also bring a generator if needed.
Are there any extra costs involved?
We supply one bartender with every service for up to 75 guests. Every additional bartender is $100 per 4 hour event. Mileage will be calculated for anything over 20 miles (roundtrip) at the rate of $1.00 per mile. Any additional or special licensing besides ones we already carry will be an additional charge. Any Add-On service is also extra. Don't worry....we go over EVERYTHING with you, from start to finish!!! Let us take this one thing off your full plate!!!
